Vegetable Garden Pasta
Ingredients- 1 carrot
- 2 zucchinis
- 1 onion
- 2 chestnut mushrooms
- 1 cup parsley
- 1 cup peas
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp pepper
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 2 tbs butter
- -Chop all the vegetables
- -Saute the onions following the carrot, zucchinis, peas and mushrooms in olive oil
- -Add salt and pepper, stirring continuously.
- -Take off heat and leave aside
- -After a few seconds add the parsley and keep aside
- -Cook your preferred pasta in salted water with a bit of olive oil so the pasta would not stick
- -When the pasta is cooked, drain and add to the vegetables along with the butter and mix together
- Plate and garnish with basil or parsley
