Alioli Filled Artichokes
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup capers
- 5 olives
- 2 sun dried tomatoes
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup fresh mint
- 3 fresh artichokes
Cooking Directions
- -Blend all the ingredients together apart from the artichokes.
- -Fill between the artichokes leaves with the alioli mixture and put in a pan half filled with water and let them steam until tender.
