Mum's Alioli Filled Artichokes

Alioli Filled Artichokes
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup capers
  • 5 olives
  • 2 sun dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint
  • 3 fresh artichokes

Cooking Directions
  1. -Blend all the ingredients together apart from the artichokes.
  2. -Fill between the artichokes leaves with the alioli mixture and put in a pan half filled with water and let them steam until tender.
